See how dripping water has sculpted magnificent flowstone, curtains, cascades, and draperies against a background of pillars and gigantic columns. The guided, interpretive tour by flat-bottom motorboat winds through cavern passageways and, when weather and conditions permit*, includes a ride on Lake Nitanee. The motorboats accommodate 20-22 persons. There are 48 steps leading to the cave's main entrance, which is not handicapped accessible.

Bicycling

Allegrippis Trails - Seven Points, Raystown Lake
Designed by mountain bikers and built by the International Mountain Bicycling Association, the Allegrippis Trails at Raystown Lake is a premier single-track mountain biking trail system located in the Eastern United States. The 24 trails in the system were designed and built to provide sustainable trails for a variety of human uses including mountain biking, hiking, trail running, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

    Rails-to-Trails - Alexandria, PA
The trail follows the Juniata River- at times crossing it, sometimes stretching out a bit more as if a gust of wind caught it for a few moments, but never straying far. The well-maintained, crushed limestone surface and nearly flat terrain makes the travel an easy and pleasant effort. It glances through the heart of the communities of Point View, Ganister, and Cove Dale and the town of Williamsburg along its way, just like its predecessor: the Petersburg Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad which operated from 1879 to 1979. Several times you pass over the Juniata River on re-purposed railroad bridges.

    Road Biking
The Huntingdon area has many routes from leisurely to difficult. From a lengthy ride down Route 26 to a difficult ride up the mountains towards Williamsburg, the area has many rides to satisfy your road biking needs.
